New clients often come to us with an immediate workplace technology requirement, such as a cloud migration or server deployment. Whilst this project takes place, we assign them their own LeftBrain strategist to go through a process of onboarding, which can take anywhere between a week to a month; regularly visiting your office and getting to know your team, systems and ways of working. We build a Knowledge Base of articles and how-to guides, equipping both your team and our Helpdesk with all the information they need to know about how your company is set up and why.
After a process of onboarding, we put together a tech roadmap based on all the information gathered and your business goals. You may just need Helpdesk support and regular office visits, or you may want to plan some additional projects such as Cyber Essentials or ISO27001 certification. Depending on your plan, we arrange at a minimum quarterly reviews with your team for project updates and to ensure your workplace tech is running smoothly.
